Virginia’s Voice of the HR Profession

The Virginia Community College System (VCCS)
is conducting a research project to better understand the importance of non-technical employability skills, also referred to as soft skills, to Virginia businesses. A short on-line survey has been designed to solicit critical business input. The results of this survey will be used to assess programs and tools being used by the VCCS to help individuals better prepare to enter into and advance in the workforce. The survey will continue through Sept 9, 2014. Please help make this a success: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VAe2Skills
